- Provisional booking can be accepted by phone or e-mail and your reservation will be held for 5 days. We will send you a booking form that must then be returned with a deposit of 25% of the cost of the booking
- Upon acceptance of the booking, the balance of the rent must be paid 6 weeks before the holiday. If booking 8 weeks or less before the commencement of the holiday, the full amount of the rental must be paid at the time of booking.
- If the balance of the rent is not paid by the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel the reservation and you will forfeit the deposit. If you wish to cancel the reservation you must advise us in writing. We will attempt to re-let the property however, if the property is not re-let for the period reserved no refund will be made. If the property is re-let then we will refund your deposit
- If due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (eg fire or flood) we are unable to provide the property all your deposit/money paid will be returned to you however you will have no additional claim against us.
- We require a security deposit of £100 in addition to the holiday rental. This is fully refundable within 5 days of departure subject to the property being left in the same condition as at the commencement of holiday
- You agree to keep the property clean and tidy. In addition, you agree to pay for damage or breakages incurred or excess cleaning required from your security deposit.
- If you have any cause for complaint, the matter should be taken up immediately with us so we can take corrective action. We want you to enjoy your holiday.
- Except by prior arrangement no more than the stated number of persons may occupy the property and the Key holder has the right to refuse to admit more than the number of persons shown on the booking confirmation.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property.
- Pets may be considered. Please discuss your needs with us although special conditions will apply.
- Bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own towels for the beach.
- Your let runs from 3pm on the day of arrival (unless a specific time is requested) until noon on the date of departure.
- Children are most welcome, with cot, high chair and our own children's toys available for use. Please note however that No.67 is not 'child proof' and young children should be supervised in the house and garden as the usual household hazards are present.
